Due to the handmade nature of all our products, we keep only a limited quantity of stock on hand. Often the designs are made to order. We endeavour to dispatch all standard* orders within 7 business days, and will notify you if this changes.  Once the order is ready, a dispatch notification will be emailed to the customer. Transit times will vary depending on location (see SHIPPING INFO).

*Standard orders do not include custom design and custom made items. The dispatch time for custom orders will be estimated on an individual basis in agreement with the customer.



All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and does not include 10% GST (goods and service tax). littlecrow design is not required by Australian law to charge GST. Should this situation change, we reserve the right to change our pricing without notice and at our discretion.

All custom design and custom made orders are subject to an individual quotation and the terms and conditions included in this quotation.


littlecrow design is committed to providing customers with a reliable and efficient shipping service. Our standard service is FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE and uses road freight from Sydney. It includes delivery notification and parcel tracking.

Here are some transit time estimates:
Same or next day: Sydney, Central Coast
1-2 days: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne
2-3 days: Bendigo, Geelong, Port Macquarie, Sunshine Coast
3-4 days: Hobart
7-10 days: Darwin, Perth

Cushion Inserts:
Cushion inserts can only be delivered to Australian addresses. Where cushion inserts and covers are ordered together, the inserts may be delivered separately. This will be confirmed by email after the order is received. There is no additional freight charge to the customer in this instance.

Please Note! Our standard service does not deliver to Post Office Boxes due to delivery restrictions imposed by Australia Post. Kindly provide a residential or business address for your order.


Import tax and duty:
Are you shopping from outside Australia? Products that are shipped to you from another country are considered imported goods. It may be a government requirement of import to pay tax and/or duty before your parcel will be released by your Customs Service.

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. littlecrow is an experienced international seller, so if you would like more information on this subject, don't hesitate to ask! We're here to assist you.

Postage cost:
Postage is calculated by weight, and based on Australia Post International Air Economy service, which does NOT include parcel tracking. Transit times from Australia will vary, however a general estimate is 10-14 working days.




If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us via the Contact Page within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue. Postage costs incurred when returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to be faulty. On receipt and inspection of returned goods, either a refund will be issued or replacement item sent. Refunds will not be given for parcels lost by the postal service, however please notify us immediately if this happens so the situation can be investigated.


We respect and protect the privacy of our customers in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. Personal information such as your name, address and contact information may be obtained when placing an online order. We will not under any circumstances share or sell your personal information to any party outside our organisation.
